This beautiful colonial was designed and built as a Bed & Breakfast (circa 1993) by Eurnice "Ernie" Ford, your host, and husband John. What we really wanted was an old house, maybe a Captain's house by the sea, with charm and history. We soon discovered that the "string" on our "shoe string budget" wasn't long enough. Alas, not by the sea, but sometimes a peek at the lake across the street.
